The standard voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase, and We are not extending the gift voucher that expires after three years.

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

The monthly special voucher is valid for a limited period only.

We are not responsible for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged (no replacement voucher can be provided)

Treatment on the voucher can only be changed to the amount the voucher was purchased for.
