ENHANCING YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE
Spa Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your Spa appointment to allow us to welcome you and prepare you for your spa journey. If you plan to enjoy our facilities before your treatment, we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your first service. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.
Spa Reservations
To make a Spa reservation, please see our Spa reception team who will be happy to advise you on the perfect treatment choice. To help secure your preferred time and services, we recommend booking in advance. A minimum age of 10 is required for entry to the Spa facilities.
Spa Etiquette
The Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned off and understand the Spa is a smoke free environment. Children are not allowed to run around freely or to make a noise anywhere in the spa or garden. Please refrain from sexually suggestive behavior towards staff members.
Gift Certificates
Indulge those you love with a gift certificate, available for all treatments and packages. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase and can be emailed or made ready for pick-up at the Spa.
Medical Conditions
When making a reservation, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your Spa experience, so we can ensure your optimum comfort. Mukda Thai Spa (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, directly, indirectly or incidental, for any harm, damage or inconvenience that might arise from the use of our facility.

The Spa reception team would be delighted to help and guide you in selecting the most suitable treatments for you during this special time.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation is required and appreciated to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability.
Valuables
Please refrain from bringing valuables to the Spa. Whilst lockers are provided for your convenience, we ask that you leave valuables in your guest room safe or at home.
